Stephanie Portman is the creative lady behind Little Boo Creations — my go-to hair bow and tutu gal. You’ll see Stephanie’s felt poppies in our Wizard of Oz party pics. Stephanie recently hosted a Silly Monster Bash birthday party for her son, who was turning three. I love all the handmade touches in this party.
Stephanie says, “I loved the invitations this year! They are from Retro Whimsy Designs. She was super easy to work with and super fast!”
Stephanie made many of the decorations on her Cricut. (Monster footprints — ha!)
The monster cake is from Amy of Scrumdiddlyumptious Bakery who also made our Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Party cake.
The guests played Pin the Eyeball on the Monster and had a Monster Photo Booth. (Love the furry monster fabric!) Kellen’s shirt is by Sarah Kate. Stephanie says, “She went above and beyond searching for exactly what I wanted!”
For party favors, guests took home Monster Bubbles that Stephanie embellished with mini-monsters. And don’t you love the yarn monster on the bubble container?
And I love this family tradition: “We started this tradition on his first birthday of letting go of the balloons and watching them float up to the sky! He didn’t want to let go this time!”
Thanks, Stephanie, for letting me share your party!
