Given the ice storm heading Atlanta’s way, my daughter may not get to take these to school, but I am loving our Cupid’s Arrow Peeps Classroom Treats. These Valentine’s Day treats could NOT be any easier. No bake, no fuss. Here’s how.
Cupid’s Arrow Peeps Supplies
- Heart-shaped Peeps
- Cookie sticks (like lollipop sticks, but stronger and longer)
- Scrapbooking paper
- Scissors or Silhouette Cameo
- Table knife
Cupid’s Arrow Peeps Instructions
1 – Cut out the “feathers” for your arrow. Either freehand a simpler version of what I’m showing here, or use your Silhouette machine and download this shape. (I only used the feather part. Just ungroup the design, delete the rest, and then duplicate the feathers. I was able to fit 16 on a 12″x12″ sheet of paper.)
2 – Gently slide the cookie stick through the slats on the feathers.
3 – Slice apart the heart Peeps.
4 – Slide the opposite end of the cookie stick into the “hump” part of the Peep. I pushed mine fairly far into the heart to make sure it was secure.
That’s it. You’re done. If you can handle driving to the store for the Peeps, and cutting out the feathers, your child can do the rest.
