Today I’m pleased to welcome my friend Susan Noble from Party With The Warriors, who is sharing her Valentine’s Day Tea Party. Susan also is the founder of the Epilepsy Warriors Foundation, a non-profit for children and families who live with epilepsy and seizures. She has a huge heart for children, especially those with health challenges.

Susan created a Valentine’s Day tea party for four little friends. The girls dressed up in tulle skirts, beads, and sparkly shoes and did what little girls do best: laugh, giggle and have fun.

The theme was Candy Kisses with lots of reds and pinks. For the dessert table, Susan used hearts and a glittery red XOXO sign to help make the table complete. I love her cake — the square is a refreshing change of shape and the fondant flowers are really cute. It reminds me of the “LOVE” stamp. Desserts also included red velvet cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and candy.

The girls drank “Love” potion pink punch and talked about kissing boys. (I would have loved to have heard that conversation!)

Since it was an afternoon tea party, Susan wanted the girls to have a table setting that was not just fun but also sophisticated with a touch of elegance. She used miniature china tea cups, and her pink formal dining napkins added a special touch to the table.

For centerpieces, Susan painted some wooden signs and placed them in cute Valentines buckets filled with candy sweets.

The girls were each given a beautiful white favor box that she decorated with a little red and pink ribbon and a personalized luggage tag. Inside were hair accessories. The day was a little windy, somewhat cool but they had a good time with each other and that’s what it’s all about — the love of friends.
