When Will and Kate got married, I remember that royal wedding viewing party free printables came out at the veeeery last minute before the wedding. I suspect that may be the case again this time around. The good news is that we can pick our way through Will and Kate free printables and use parts of them for our Harry and Meghan parties. If more free printables are published before the big day, I’ll collect them and add them here.
P.S. The last printable is the backdrop I made for my party!
Brit & Co via Good Morning America
Brit & Co also has a set of free party circles on their site, but I can’t manage to open the file after I download it. You can see the printables in this article. Maybe they will work better for you? They are so cute!
I love the watercolor American and British flags in this fill-in-the-blank invitation.
The Knot
The Knot has labels for food, jam and tea. Even if you don’t want their wording, you could use the Union Jack portion of each label for your favor tags.
This set was created for Will and Kate’s wedding, but there are great crown prints, straw flags, and Union Jack prints that you can repurpose for Harry and Meghan’s wedding.
Kit made four sets of bingo cards to play while watching the wedding and commentary. I’ve already downloaded mine; now I just have to decide what prize to give the winner.
These Union Jack papers have a vintage flair — very charming! They’d be great for lining food trays.
I’m going to call these prints “quilt inspired.” Very cute, especially if your take on the Royal Wedding is a little bit country.
Here’s a big collection of free royal wedding printables that includes invitations, cupcake toppers, cupcake wrappers, food labels, and buntings. Make sure you pick the U.S. size before printing.
This Union Jack flag bunting could be used on your mantle, across your TV stand, from your dessert table — you name it, it’s multi-purpose.

Royal Wedding Party by Hostess With The Mostess – Part 2
Don’t be fooled by this pic of just the party circles: this is a biiiig collection of printables that would work for your viewing party or a royal-themed bridal shower.
This collection was created for the Queen’s Jubilee, but there are cupcake wrappers and a small bunting that would work for the wedding.

I was taken with the Queen’s consent for Harry to marry and turned into a printable to use as my party backdrop. I’m printing it with Driftwood Printing. If you use it, I’d love to see your party photos!
Thank you for linking to my bingo cards!
Happy to – I’m thrilled to be able to use them at our party!
