Happy Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful day today, starting with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Paula Deen’s French Toast Casserole. I surprised the girls with necklaces from Daizy Bugz. They were pretty cute, sitting at their little table in their PJs, wearing their necklaces.
Thanksgiving was at my sister-in-law’s and so much fun, as usual. The girls and I made mashed potatoes, pear salad with sugared pecans, pumpkin pie and DC Cupcakes’ Maple Chocolate Chip Cupcakes. I don’t even want to think about how much butter I ate!
I am, as always, most thankful for these two little ones. They are exhausting and trying and fun and wonderful. They make me laugh daily.
I also am thankful for you and your support of Double the Fun Parties! It means so much that you visit me here, leave comments, hit “like” or tweet. I have so enjoyed getting to know many of you and really feel like I’ve made many new friends — even if we’ve never met traditionally. Remember that I love to hear from you and see your parties.
