Anyone else counting down the next five days like this?

PicMonkey Collage

  • Pick up last gifts (just three stores to go!)
  • Wrap presents
  • Deliver gifts
  • Make desserts and cookies
  • Find lost teacher gifts (stashed in a very safe place, I’m sure)
  • Find just four more Elf hiding places (thank Heavens)
  • Order Christmas cards (maybe I need to think about New Year’s cards…)
  • Address envelopes
  • Oh heck: send husband to buy stamps
  • Tell the girls to turn off TV
  • Order ham
  • Buy more Scotch tape
  • Make grocery list for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (see menu and recipe ideas here)
  • Set dining room table
  • Make reindeer food
  • Cover door to living room in wrapping paper so girls can burst through on Christmas morning
  • Paint nails
  • Travel to family Christmas
  • Host second family Christmas
  • Watch “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer”
  • Double check time of Christmas Eve service
  • Drive around to see the lights

If the laundry and dishes could just do themselves for a week, I think I could manage. Good luck to you and your list!
