Since we’ve had kids, I’ve made my own Christmas planners. But as you know, I’m no designer and have always hated that my planner wasn’t living up to its cuteness potential. (Guess that’s a little Martha-ish of me, but oh well.) So this year, I went searching for cute planners. Here are my fav Christmas planning guides and gift trackers — all free.

(Here’s my PicMonkey special. It has all the categories I need. I like having the name at the top because it lets me dedicate one list to each of my girls. This way, I can track all the gifts and stocking stuffers in one place. A quick comparison of the lists also lets me know if I’ve purchased evenly. And without my checkboxes, I wouldn’t remember what to wrap and what’s from the Jolly Old Elf.)

P.S.S. Here’s a tip that saved me a TON of time for several holiday seasons now. I typed up all my go-to, must-have traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas recipes and put them in one Christmas scrapbook. It’s not fancy, but it does accomplish my goal of getting all the recipes I make annually in one place. Now, I just pull ONE recipe book down from the cupboard and I’m good to go. I also love that each recipe is in its own sheet protector so it doesn’t matter how messy I get in the kitchen.

And two years ago, I finally typed up a master list of ingredients. Instead of combing through all the recipes to figure out the total number of sticks of butter I need, I just take the master list to the fridge and cross off what I already have in stock. So much easier!
