If you’re like me, and LOVE the Christmas season, but find it hard to manage it all, I have a Christmas present for you: my Christmas Planning Guide — or, as I think of it, my December survival guide. Merry Christmas!

Christmas Season Planner by The Party Teacher

At Christmas time, there’s so much we want to do, make, and bake … so many traditions we want to share with our kiddos … and at least one party we’d love to throw.

If only we had more time, more energy, and a little more room in our budget.

This Christmas Season Planner is designed to help you organize your Christmas season so you control it … instead of the month of December controlling you.

Just print it out, maybe pop it in a three-ring binder, and make the season work for you this year. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something in this guide, and that you’ll need to customize it to work for you. Just add the pages you need, tape in your favorite recipes, and make it your own!

I’ve used a version of this planner myself for years to keep my December organized, but this year, I’ve expanded it to share with you. The planner covers:

  • Decluttering
  • Cleaning
  • Maintaining your newly decluttered home
  • Decorating for Christmas
  • Gifting, including making your Christmas budget
  • Menu planning
  • Baking
  • Traditions, and how to fit them all in
  • And finally, a December calendar for you to schedule all your activities and to-dos.

Remember: Christmas should be fun for everyone – including mama! I hope this guide helps you feel more in control and have more fun with your family this holiday season.

As we go through the month, I’ll share some tips and reminders from the guide to help keep you on track through the holidays. I hope this little bit of structure will help make your holiday calmer and more fun!
