Run, run to WalMart if you are looking for cute neutral Easter decor this year. I went looking for new Easter baskets for my girls (found: rattan with bunny ears!) and came home with ivory flocked bunnies and this 12 x 6 inch wood bunny platter. This bunny tray is perfect for making an Easter s’mores board!
I’ve been so excited to style the bunny board and came up with the idea of making deconstructed s’mores — charcuterie board-style. This has got to be the easiest and fastest Easter project you can make this Spring.
The idea is that you pick a bunny ear marshmallow, a chocolate and a couple of graham cracker bunnies, and you have a one-bite s’mores mix. No messy baking required!
Easter S’mores Board Ingredients
- Annie’s Organic Baked Bunny Honey Graham Crackers
- Annie’s Organic Chocolate Bunny Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows
- Pink sugar sprinkles
- Lindt LINDOR White Chocolate Candy Truffles Bag
- Lindt Carrots Easter Solid Milk Chocolate Candy (2)
- CADBURY MINI EGGS Milk Chocolate King Size Easter Candy Bag (2)
Easter S’mores Board Instructions
1 – To make the marshmallow bunny ears, cut a marshmallow in half diagonally on the round side (not the flat side).
2 – Dip each marshmallow half cut side down in pink sprinkles. The sprinkles should stick mainly to the inside of the marshmallow, leaving a white outline, like a bunny’s ear.
3 – Arrange the marshmallow bunny ears on the wood platter ears.
4 – Put a 4 oz mason jar at the bottom of the platter (where the bunny’s tail would be). Unwrap the Lindt white chocolate truffles and add the to the mason jar. Now you have a white bunny tail.
5 – Place four carrots on one side of the bunny tail. (I was going to unwrap these, but they don’t actually look like carrots when they are unwrapped, so I kept them in the cute foil.)
6 – On the other side of the bunny tail, put the honey graham cracker bunnies.
7 – Above the bunny tail, put the chocolate graham cracker bunnies.
8 – On the left side of the bunny platter “face,” add the Cadbury mini eggs.
9 – On the right side of the bunny platter “face,” add the rest of the carrot chocolates.
That’s it! You’re basically making piles and balancing colors. (The carrots are opposite each other diagonally and the mini eggs and honey graham crackers are opposite each other diagonally.)
So simple and just fun to dig into this Easter!

P.S. I bought a large set of the 4 oz. mason jars to store my sprinkles. They are so much easier to store now that they are all in the same size container. Highly recommend. Also, when we have cookie decorating parties, I just put the mason jars at each decorator’s place.
