I’ll never tire of excuses to eat brownie bites. Here’s an easy way to dress up brownies for Halloween: no-bake ghost brownie bites!
Bonus: the kids can help.
Extra bonus: no baking!
No-Bake Ghost Brownie Bite Supplies
- Brownie bites
- White cake frosting
- Candy eyes
- Spoon or offset spatula
No-Bake Ghost Brownie Bites Instructions
1. Pick up brownie bites and white canned frosting from the store. I used Pillsbury and it gave me a pure white — perfect for ghosts. The main thing is that you want to avoid an off-white or cream-colored frosting.
2. Swoosh on a dab of frosting with the back of a spoon or a small, offset spatula. Start at the top of the ghost and gently drag the spoon down, making a slight curve. Lift up at the end to create that little “wave” at the bottom. Every ghost will be a little different.
3. Add two candy eyes.
I promised easy, right?!
I had so much fun styling these little ghost guys!
Then, try not to eat all the brownies before your Halloween party or Halloween dinner.
P.S. Having a Ghostbusters Party? I ain’t ‘fraid of no ghosts. If you are just as brave, add these ghost brownie bites to your dessert table.
